One of the extremely popular home medical devices in recent times has become the pulse oximeter. It is a piece of equipment that is used to measure saturation, which is the degree of saturation of hemoglobin in the blood. The device tells us how much oxygen is in our blood. In addition, a pulse oximeter is used to measure the heart rate, or pulse. It is an instrument in the form of a small clip, which is usually worn on the finger.
A reading below 95 (the level of saturation of hemoglobin in the blood) is a sign of hypoxia, which can be very dangerous.
Blood pressure monitor
It is an indispensable accessory for people suffering from heart diseases, as well as those taking medication for hypertension.
